This Privacy Policy applies to Collaborabot’s online tool, including the associated Collaborabot mobile and desktop applications (collectively, the “Services”), Collaborabot.com and other Collaborabot websites (collectively, the “Websites”) and other interactions (e.g., customer service inquiries, user conferences, etc.) you may have with Collaborabot.
If you do not agree with the terms, do not access or use the Services, Websites or any other aspect of Collaborabot’s business.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party applications or software that integrate with the Services through the Collaborabot tool (“Third Party Services”), or any other third party products, services or businesses. If you have any questions about specific Standup settings and privacy practices, please contact the Customer whose Standup you use. If you have received an invitation to join a Standup in a Slack workspace but have not yet created an account, you should request assistance from the Customer that sent the invitation.

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can opt out in your account preferences or by letting us know on hello@Collaborabot.com.
Subject to applicable law, you also have the right to (i) restrict Collaborabot’s use of Other Information that constitutes your Personal Data and (ii) lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or the Cypriot Data Protection Commissioner, which is Collaborabot’s lead supervisory authority in the European Union. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area and believe we maintain your Personal Data within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may direct questions or complaints to our lead supervisory authority:
